  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (additional cost applies)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

 

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping. However, delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your OBEX phone case! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

 

Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To initiate a return, contact us @obexcases on Instagram with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., different color or model), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized phone cases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
